Request permanent deletion of your Arctic Crystal Memories account and associated personal data.

This public page works even if you have uninstalled the Android app. Signed-in customers can submit directly; otherwise provide the email used for the account so we can verify ownership.

We respond and complete verified requests without undue delay.

What will be deleted

Your login account, OAuth links and sessions, profile and address data, marketing preferences, active carts, unpaid saved designs and their private photos, and other account-linked data that is no longer needed.

What may be retained

Limited paid-order, invoice, payment, consent, fraud-prevention, legal-claim and support records may be retained when required by accounting, security or law. They are restricted and disconnected or anonymised where reasonably possible.

Submitting starts the deletion process; it does not immediately erase an unverified account. Keep the secure support link shown after submission so you can follow the request.
