Need to return an eligible standard item or report a problem with an order? Personalised crystals have no change-of-mind return right after the order enters processing, but defect and delivery rights remain.
ACM remains responsible for transport risk until you receive the order. If your crystal arrived damaged, please keep the product and packaging and attach clear photos below so we can remedy the issue and pursue the carrier claim.
